The Egg

This package gives you all of the tools to get started. We provide you with vendor referrals in several categories, a timeline template, and budget breakdown.

The Hummingbird
(On-site Wedding Day Directing)

This option is for the couple that has already planned everything and just needs a consultant to make sure everything runs smoothly the weekend of the wedding. On-site Wedding Day Directing (The Hummingbird package) includes: Detailed event timeline, Final reception venue meeting attendance, Vendor coordination, Rehearsal management, Ceremony management, and Reception management - A total of twenty hours of coordination!

The Mother Hen

Are you the mother of a bride or groom who lives in another city? Or maybe your son or daughter lives in town but works a ton. Either way it looks like you’ve got a wedding to plan. We can help! This package includes all the services mentioned in The Hummingbird package plus up to 8 additional hours of consulting.

The Lark

Are you the bride to be who’s working a gazillion hours a week while trying to plan your wedding, take some classes and still otherwise have a life? We will save your sanity by providing up to ten hours of consulting on anything you need in addition to all the services of The Hummingbird package.

The Dove

With this package you get everything: Full service event coordination. From start to finish, we assist you every step of the way. This package includes unlimited pre-wedding consultations as well as all of the services outlined in The Hummingbird package. A limited number of this package is offered each year to ensure quality service.

The Wing-man or woman

Coordination assistants let us be everywhere at once. A little help from our skilled crew enables us to take all your worries away. At least one assistant is required for all events.

Hourly Consulting & Custom Designed Packages

We are happy to consult with you on an hourly basis prior to your wedding, or we will design a service package tailored to your individual needs. Just ask!
